ID Process: TNA and Buy-in

The sample training is on how to use, a free learning management system, to assign, view and mark a student’s e-portfolio. The purpose of the training is to simplify, standardize and increase the efficiency of the grading process across a college.

I used The final column talks about stakeholder buy-in and insinuates that the info to the left has to do with it. This only really works for the 2nd and 3rd characteristic. I found the stakeholder “analysis” the most difficult part of the assignment.
